If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 10 days of the date of purchase to arrange a refund or exchange. The item must then be returned to us within 21 days of the date of purchase. Return shipping for refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
The items must be unused and in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the refund or exchange will not be processed. A refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Let us know as soon as the bird has been shipped by sending us an email to [email protected]. Please include the tracking number so that we can track your return. We will contact you as soon as we have received your return.
